Kind people working here, first-rate place. The room was quite well renovated and inviting. Central location, at a near distance from an exceptional museum. The food they offered was tasty, had lots of meals. Nothing too much trouble, I loved this hotel and will be back.

For a 4 star hotel everything was very clean, I liked to be here. I got perfect breakfast with juice and fruits, as example. Nice lobby. Supermarkets and shopping malls were right next door.

The breakfast was excellent, the personnel was loyal, the bed was lovely. The queen room was modern, it included a heating system, a minibar and television. Great value, good choice.

This Puerta De Burgos is not comparable. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Shinkansen Sushi that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition...

Unfortunately, the ac did not work.
